In Search of Progress evaluates access to information, public participation, and access to justice through a methodical survey of national, state and local law and practice in the United States. The report also examines the state of access rights in the U.S. following the attacks of September 11. Findings from In Search of Progress will be presented at WSSD Johannesburg on Tuesday, August 27.
