• Each facility is in one of 6 categories which are defined below. This is a direct hint to what type of materials they will accept for recycling or reuse.

• Only contact information is provided. Contact the company for specific information regarding minimum amounts accepted, fees (if any) and specific computer parts accepted.

Categories

Component Resale	Reclaims and resells internal computer parts
Computer System Refurbish and Resale	Large stores that sell only second-hand computers and computer parts
Non-Profit Redistributor	Redistributes computers to families and provides job training for needy individuals
Original Equipment Manufacturer Recycler	Recycles only computers produced by that manufacturer (ie: Hewlett-Packard)
Raw Materials Recycler	Reclaims the basic materials (ie: metals, plastics etc.) that make up a computer or monitor (usually receives raw materials from a recycler or demanufacturer
Thrift Store	Sells second-hand goods (does not concentrate on computers)
